Happy Duct — Air Duct & Dryer Vent Cleaning

Commercial Air Duct Cleaning

Most of the debris sits where nobody can see it. We clean the whole network, not just the visible openings.

Commercial ventilation systems move a great deal of air through a building every day, and everything that air carries has to land somewhere. Over the years, dust, fibers, and fine debris settle inside the ductwork and stay there, circulating back into offices, sales floors, classrooms, and work areas each time the system runs.

Cleaning the Whole System, Not Just What Shows

Most of the debris in a commercial system sits where nobody can see it. Vacuuming the first few feet behind a supply opening addresses a small fraction of the network and leaves the trunk lines and branch runs untouched, which means the material starts circulating again as soon as the system restarts.

Return ductwork deserves particular attention, since it carries everything the occupied space produces back toward the equipment and is typically the dirtiest part of any system.

A building with several air handlers has several separate duct networks, and each one needs its own attention. Cleaning that covers only visible openings, or only one system in a multi-system building, does not accomplish much.

How a Commercial Project Runs

  1. 1

    Assessment and planning.

We review the layout of the ductwork, how many systems serve the building, where the supply and return runs travel, and the condition of what we can see. Access, occupancy, and hours of operation shape the plan as much as the system itself, so scheduling gets worked out alongside scope.

  2. 2

    Vacuum collection under negative pressure.

Commercial vacuum equipment with filtered collection is connected to the duct system and holds it under negative pressure while work is underway, so debris released during cleaning travels into the collection unit rather than into occupied space.

  3. 3

    Mechanical agitation through the system.

Brushes and compressed-air tools work through the trunk lines and out along the supply and return branches, breaking loose material bonded to the duct walls so the vacuum can carry it away.

  4. 4

    Walkthrough at completion.

We confirm the work with you, leave the areas we worked in clean, and report anything we noticed about the duct system that a facility or property manager would want on record.

Getting a Commercial Quote

Every commercial property is different, so pricing is worked out per building. To put together an accurate quote, it helps to know the type of property and approximate square footage, how many HVAC systems serve it, the approximate number of vents, what the building has been used for, and when the space is available for work. Photos, floor plans, or an on-site walkthrough often make the difference between an estimate and a guess.

We review the details, explain what the project involves, and go over pricing before anything is scheduled.
